Cancellation Policy

Template text - the percentages below follow the defaults in Admin > Settings > Booking policies.

• Hotels: free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in, 50 percent refund afterwards.
• Safari requests: full refund up to 72 hours before the safari, 50 percent afterwards. Confirmed permits cannot be cancelled online.
• Taxis: full refund up to 12 hours before pickup, 50 percent afterwards.
• Other services: full refund up to 48 hours before, 50 percent afterwards.
• Handicrafts and rentals: cancel before the order is processed for a full refund.
