Rental Terms and Conditions

1. The renter is responsible for the equipment from delivery until it is returned to the vendor.
2. A refundable security deposit is collected with the rental and is returned after inspection on return.
3. Late returns are charged at the per-day late fee shown on the product page.
4. Damage or loss is charged at repair or replacement cost, deducted from the deposit and billed for any balance.
5. Equipment must be used only as intended and must not be sub-let or taken outside India.
6. Delivery is to the hotel or boarding point you specify; please be available at the agreed time.
